Synopsis
In 1953, Ada, Esther, and Marjorie, strangers to one another, leave Holland to be reunited with fiancés and husbands and start new lives in New Zealand. Esther, a young Jewish woman, is fleeing her memories of World War II. On the flight, they befriend dashing young Frank, whose life becomes inextricably intertwined with theirs during the early years in their new country.
