Synopsis

Hank Greenspun was a "Zelig" involved in many important US and world events. This documentary, narrated by Anthony Hopkins and featuring comments by various notable figures, is a tribute to Greenspun's many accomplishments and adventures. He was publisher of "The Las Vegas Sun", through which he confronted Sen. McCarthy, exposed governmental corruption in Nevada and organized crime control over major casinos, and fought against racial segregation. This "renaissance man" also smuggled weapons to the newly-formed State of Israel and—believe it or not—was the initial target of the Watergate burglars.
