SVJFF PATRON DONOR OPPORTUNITIES

Please note that Wednesday evening films are now being offered at the Camera 7 Theater, Pruneyard Shopping Center, Campbell. Sunday films are being shown at the Camera 12, downtown San Jose. Additional films are being offered in Palo Alto.

Please become a patron by August 15, 2009 so you can be recognized in the Film Festival program. Make sure to put the patron name(s) in the space provided so we can properly recognize you.

The Silicon Valley Jewish Film Festival is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Patron memberships are deductible over and above the value of goods or services received.

Patron Ticket Exchanges: Patrons who would like to exchange a Patron Ticket(s), please bring your ticket to the table in the front of the theater when the SVJFF box office is open. Tickets will be exchanged on a space-available basis.

CORRECTION: Patron, Patron Plus, Film Star and Producer categories receive one Gala Patron Event per registration, priority seating 10 minutes prior to the show and recognition in the Festival Program. Unfortunately, there is an incorrect statement in our brochure, mailed to homes. Please note the clarification with regard to the gala Patron Event. One ticket per Patron Registration -- not two -- will be sent to you for the categories listed below for Patron, Patron Plus, Film Star and Producer. We apologize for the incorrect information and ask for your understanding.

Dear Friends,

In celebration of our 18th "Chai" Year, the Silicon Valley Jewish Film Festival announces the "Small is Beautiful" campaign.

We're asking our supporters to make a small, but very important, donation of $18 to help us meet the campaign's fundraising goal of $18,000.

2008 was a year of expansion and growth, both artistically and professionally for the Festival. We expanded our programming to bring you more Israeli films and we committed to an ongoing year-round schedule of exciting film premiere events. We also transitioned from a 100% volunteer organization by hiring executive director Mark Levine who has played a major role in the festival's growth.

We have an exciting schedule of events for 2009, but there's no hiding the fact that it will be a very tough year for non-profits. That is why your support is so critical. It will take dollars, over and above the regular yearly patron campaign, to make these events happen.

Refund Policy

The Silicon Valley Jewish Film Festival (SVJFF) will - at your request - provide a full refund of your patron donation minus a $25 processing fee, prior to October 21, 2009, the start of this year's main Festival. Patron donations submitted after this date are non-refundable. For assistance, questions or concerns, please call 408-899-6013.
